Front office automation for small service businesses

More customers kept. More reviews earned. More jobs booked.

Missed calls, enquiries that go cold, reviews that never get left: work walks out the door before you ever see it. Deltry finds where your business is leaking money and fixes it, so you can get on with the actual work. Start with the free audit: two minutes, plain questions, and your biggest leak in real pounds.

Free. Takes 2 minutes. No signup, just your email for the results.

Sound familiar?

The leaks nobody puts on the to-do list

  • The phone rings while you're with a customer. Mid-groom, mid-treatment, halfway up a job. It goes to voicemail. Most callers don't leave one. They ring the next number.
  • An enquiry comes in Friday evening. Nobody follows up. The booking quietly goes elsewhere.
  • A customer says "I'll leave you a review" and never does. The place down the road has 40. You have 4.
  • You type the same customer details into three different places.
  • Evenings go on admin that a machine should be doing.

It doesn't matter whether you fit boilers, cut hair, groom dogs or treat backs. None of this means your work is bad. It means work is walking out the door before you ever see it. That's the bit the audit finds.

The maths, honestly

What one leak actually costs

Say your average job or booking is worth £180. Say three calls a week go unanswered because your hands are full. That's a normal week for a busy owner. Most of those callers don't leave a voicemail. They just ring the next number.

If only one of those three would have booked, that's £180 a week. Over a month, call it £700.

Your numbers will be different. That's the point of the audit: it uses your job value, your week, and shows the working.

The fix, on a real phone

A missed call doesn't have to mean a lost job

Five phone screens showing the missed-call text-back working: a customer calls while you're busy, they get a text back within seconds, they reply with what they need and where they are, and you get a ready-to-book job alert.

Who's behind this

Built by one person who does the unglamorous work properly

I'm Dan Copeland. I started Deltry because small businesses are sitting on technology they never get time to learn. Missed calls, cold enquiries and chasing reviews are all solvable problems. The tools exist. What's missing is someone to set them up properly and keep them running while you're busy with customers.

I build these systems carefully, test them on real phones before anything goes near your business, and I don't sell anything I can't verify works. Deltry is new and I'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. What you get in return is the founder answering your emails.

Results

This section is empty on purpose

Deltry is new. When the first clients have measurable results, real numbers shared with their permission, they go here. Nothing on this site is invented, and that includes reviews.
